Ibanez have reissued a classic from the 1980s, the WH10, with several upgrades for the modern guitarist. The original pedal was a favourite of John Frusciante, who loved the way it allowed him to control how the pedal responded to feedback.
The WH10V3 preserves the iconic sound of the original, featuring a multi-feedback op-amp for smooth filter sweeps and a Guitar/Bass switch to optimise the filter for your instrument’s frequency range. Like the original, it includes a Depth knob for adjusting the effect level and a Dry output, enabling you to blend an unaffected tone with the wah effect.
The WH10V3 also introduces some modern improvements, including switchable bypass options (buffered/true bypass) and a more robust die-cast enclosure, making it even more durable for today’s players.
